Todd A. Knode, Esq. is the principal attorney in the firm. In 2004, he graduated from the University of Maryland , University College with a B.S. in Criminal Justice. Mr. Knode earned his Juris Doctor from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
In 2007, Mr. Knode won the annual Nathan Burkan Memorial Competition for his research focusing on copyright protection and held a number of key leadership positions in student government, the student newspaper, and the Public Interest Law Foundation. He also worked with local veterans to meet their legal needs in a clinical environment.
Prior to entering law school Mr. Knode worked for several years in the computer science industry, specializing in database programming. He also served in a Light Armored Reconnaissance company in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve.
In 2008, Mr. Knode teamed up with local Midlothian veterans to establish a license plate honoring Virginia veterans of Operation Enduring Freedom. Mr. Knode is a member the Virginia and California State Bar and the Virginia Retail Merchants Association.
