This firm practices family, business, civil and criminal law.  We range from representing clients in simple traffic cases and DUI’s to preparing wills, company by-laws, and representing clients in civil suits for property damage and breach of contract.

Prior to entering Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2004, Mr. Knode served in the United States Marine Corps and also worked in database programming for several internet companies.

While in law school, Mr. Knode participated in his school’s legal clinic which served homeless veterans in the San Diego, CA area.  While in the clinic his clients included child support and social services claims.

Mr. Knode is licensed to practice law in both California and Virginia and moved to the Richmond area in 2008.

The practice has been open since April 2009 and serves Richmond city and the surrounding counties.  The firm represents clients in cases ranging from traffic citations to complex civil lawsuits.

Mr. Knode is also on the court appointed list for the Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court of Chesterfield County.
